About the Job
This Executive Assistant role is a unique blend of sales support, client experience management, operational coordination, and forward-thinking problem-solving. You’ll serve as the primary support partner to your Sales Executive while also acting as a key relationship-builder and client touchpoint. This position is ideal for someone who loves structured systems but can also adapt quickly when event logistics shift or new opportunities arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales success by responding promptly to inbound inquiries, proactively cultivating new opportunities, conducting consultations and proptours, and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining meticulous client files, proposals, contracts, notes, calendars, and documentation while coordinating site visits, delivery logistics, timelines, and vendor relationships.
- Support seamless client experiences by acting as the main point of contact throughout the sales process, building long-term relationships, offering upsell opportunities, and ensuring flawless communication from first touch to event execution.
Job Details
- Salary Position (Full Time)
- Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm (during the week, extended shift on the weekends)
- Some Weekend Work is required
- Swing off day would follow the week after working on a Saturday
- Pay Rate: Commensurate with Experience
