Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage ERP integration projects involving SAP and/or Baan systems.
- Own and deliver project management artifacts, including project plans, timelines, RAID logs, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and ERP partners to ensure seamless system integration.
- Manage project scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure alignment between integration workstreams and overall ERP implementation goals.
- Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and executive updates.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, delivery standards, and best practices.
- Support change management and communication activities related to ERP integrations.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an IT Technical Project Manager.
- Strong ERP integration experience, preferably with SAP and/or Baan.
- Solid understanding of system integrations, data flows, and middleware concepts.
- Strong ownership of PM deliverables and project execution.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in hybrid or cross-functional team environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP modernization or migration programs.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Exposure to manufacturing or supply-chain ERP environments.
