- Assist Account Managers in managing client service requests and maintaining daily service operations
- Monitor and track service orders, job tickets, and customer inquiries
- Serve as a liaison between clients and service departments to ensure deadlines and expectations are met
- Maintain accurate records of service activity, schedules, and communications
- Prepare reports and summaries of client activity and service performance
- Resolve minor customer concerns in a timely, professional manner
- Support billing processes by collecting and organizing service data for invoicing
- Coordinate with other departments (logistics, printing, admin) to meet service requirements
**Qualifications**
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred; experience in administrative support or customer service roles will be considered
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
