• Act as the liaison between clients and internal departments
• Provide timely responses to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Support account managers with service requests and client onboarding
• Resolve issues with professionalism and follow-through
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in client services, administrative support, or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
