We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Communications Agent** to join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the effective internal and external flow of information within the company and with our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for delivering clear and impactful messaging.

**Responsibilities**

• Draft, review, and distribute internal and external communications
• Coordinate messaging across departments to ensure brand consistency
• Support the execution of public announcements, memos, and reports
• Assist in preparing presentations, email campaigns, and company newsletters
• Monitor and respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional manner
• Collaborate with team leads to ensure message alignment and accuracy
• Maintain communication databases and update contact lists
  
  

Qualifications

**Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in a communications or administrative role preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
