Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Assistant to support our accounting manager in a fast-paced property management environment. This role requires strong QuickBooks experience, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service to homeowners, board members, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Process statements for customers in QuickBooks
- Enter payments for multiple associations
- Assist with monthly tasks to assist accounting manager
- Log, track, and organize vendor invoices
- Respond to homeowner and vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Support posting of payments
- Maintain organized digital and physical accounting files
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Required: Experience with QuickBooks (daily use preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or property management preferred

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
