Starting pay is $21/hour, with increases based on experience, quarterly bonuses, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.
What the Work Actually Looks Like
Your schedule runs Monday through Friday, 9 to 6, with rotating Saturdays from 9 to 5. Sundays are off. That's a more predictable structure than you'll find in a lot of service jobs, but don't picture yourself sitting at a desk. A good chunk of the day involves walking units with prospective residents, inspecting homes before move-in, following up with people who toured but haven't signed, and keeping the leasing pipeline moving. You'll also support community marketing and help with resident events when they come up.

If you've got three prospects scheduled, a few follow-up calls to make, and a move-in inspection before noon, you'll need to keep up without things slipping through.
