You're supporting annual and interim recertifications, flagging EIV discrepancies, and keeping documentation ready for MOR audits or investor site reviews. When a resident has a service request, a complaint, or a lease question, you're the person bridging them to either the maintenance team or the property manager.
On the compliance side, you'll track lease violations, document issues properly, and coordinate with Fairstead's in-house legal team when eviction proceedings are necessary. You'll also help prepare the property for REAC inspections, which means staying ahead of EHS violations rather than scrambling when a review gets scheduled.
Salary for this position ranges from $29 to $31.25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
