We're seeking an Assistant Community Manager

- $19.00- $22.00 per hour
- $300 Morgan Essentials paid out quarterly

- Provide outstanding customer service to residents and prospects.
- Conduct community tours and assist with the leasing experience.
- Support resident move-ins and move-outs.
- Help maintain resident records, accounts, and reports.
- Walk the property to ensure excellent curb appeal.
- Partner with maintenance teams to address resident needs.
- Assist with resident events and community engagement activities.
- Support daily operations and ensure company policies are followed.
- 2 years of customer service or related experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver's license required.
