A Series D, venture-backed AI software company is scaling rapidly and hiring 4 Enterprise BDRs to join its Chicago team.
This business operates in one of the fastest-growing markets in the US - Construction Technology - applying AI and Computer Vision to solve one of the most expensive problems in commercial construction: delays, inefficiencies, and cost overruns.
The platform digitises site operations and gives construction leaders real-time visibility into progress — replacing manual reporting with data-driven insight. It’s already deployed across 10 countries, trusted by major enterprise contractors, and is now accelerating growth across North America.
This is a high-impact, career-defining role for a commercially driven SDR/BDR ready to step into the enterprise space.
The Role
You’ll join the founding BDR team in Chicago, working closely with senior sales leaders on strategic, high-value deals.
You will:
- Research and map large enterprise construction accounts across the US
- Own outbound prospecting: cold calls, email, LinkedIn
- Engage senior stakeholders and qualify complex buying groups
- Set high-quality meetings that feed multi-million-dollar sales cycles
- Collaborate with AEs to refine messaging, ICP, and GTM strategy
This is consultative, enterprise sales — not a volume-led SDR role.
What They’re Looking For
- 1 year experience as an SDR/BDR in SaaS
- Confident, articulate, and commercially curious
- Comfortable opening doors and holding senior conversations
- Coachable, driven, and ambitious
- Based in Chicago (non-negotiable)
Enterprise or construction exposure is a bonus, not essential.
