Propel Recruitment, a Bay Area-based recruiting firm specializing in the placement of Finance, Accounting, and Administrative professionals, is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team. Since 2017, we've partnered with organizations to develop thoughtful hiring strategies and served as trusted advisors to candidates throughout their careers.
About the role and your impact:
This position will work closely with the Founder to support candidates through their career searches and service clients regarding their hiring needs. This role is a great fit for someone who is passionate about building relationships, identifying exceptional talent, and delivering a high-touch candidate/client experience. You will gain exposure to all aspects of the recruiting process, and have a meaningful impact within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Work with internal team and candidates to develop a strategic search approach resulting in excellent client service
- Manage recruitment efforts and maintain a consistent network / talent pipeline of engaged, qualified, and interested candidates
- Source, identify, and engage/outreach top talent across Finance, Accounting, and Administrative functions
- Conduct candidate screening calls and in-depth interviews, evaluating candidate qualifications and career goals
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to develop strategic search approaches
- Maintain accurate, compliant candidate records within the ATS
- Create compelling, relevant job postings, outreach messages, and candidate presentations in accordance with Propel's standards
What you'll bring:
- 3 years of professional experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or relevant client-facing professional services environment
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Strong business writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple shifting priorities and timelines
- Familiarity with boolean and other search methods
- Preferred technical skills: LinkedIn Recruiter, LOXO, Google Suite

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
