Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and taking their orders accurately.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and dining spaces.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages to management.
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure the highest quality of products served to customers.
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations and upsell products based on their preferences.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Requirements
-Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred.
-Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and familiarity with espresso equipment.
