Summary/Objective of Overall Role:
The purpose of this role is to minimize the risks/hazards, optimize equipment performance, and reduce energy costs for our customers. Crews are made up of two to four individual contributors that are knowledgeable in system maintenance. Teams are expected to perform in a collaborative unit that reflects our services with the highest standards of quality job completion. As an individual crew member your contribution to the team and _job completion_ is crucial, to keep up with our clientele needs. This is a 3rd shift position that pays weekly, and occasion overtime.
Essential Functions:
· Complete Checklist for every job assignment.
· Complete Training on all “positions” of kitchen exhaust, evaporator and condenser coil cleaning and duct cleaning.
· Complete all safety and company specific training such as basic refrigeration and company standard operating procedures for in shop and in field responsibilities.
· Kitchen Exhaust duties include:
· Baffle boss: Main position that cleans all baffle filters. Responsibilities to set up all pressure washers and back up _Tarper_ as needed.
· Tarper: Cover and secure work area, tarp systems and ensuring the tarps are secure throughout cleaning process. Clean plenums, hoods and indoor components of exhaust system.
· Rooftop Tech: Clean bowls, exhaust fan is clean and _intact, downward shafts._
· All roles are to maintain work area cleanliness, tool collections and maintenance and all systems are operational after job completion.
· Condenser Coil Cleaning duties includes - Spraying technique, system operations (Shut down and Power up operations)
· Evaporator Coil Cleaning: Proper spray technique with water or air, system operations (Shut down and Power up Operations), Proper quarantine and sealing of work area
· Duct Cleaning for HVAC Operations: Proper quarantine and sealing of work area, Proper filtration for airborne contaminants

Familiarity with HVACR, Kitchen Exhaust, Basic Electric, OSHA training, Valid Driver's License and Condenser Cleaning a plus.
Basic Skills
· Handling of tools - cordless drill, cutting tools, nibbler (to cut duct work) and scraping tools.
· Bi-lingual a plus
Required education & Experience:
· Highschool Diploma or GED
· Must have a valid driver’s license
· Provide a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) issued from the state DMV
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
Complete training on all tools, equipment, safety & company specific standard operating procedures training
Zero tolerance drug and alcohol-free workplace
