Job Title: DevOps / Platform Engineering with AI - Only W2

Duration: 12 Months

Location: On-site from Day 1- Massachusetts

Experience Required: 5 years in DevOps / Platform Engineering

KeyFocus Areas

Customer-focused product design and delivery with strong automation mindset.

Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Terraform.

Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks across infrastructure provisioning, container orchestration, and environment management.

Hands-on experience with "Documentation as Code" initiatives - automated documentation pipelines, linting, and publication workflows.

Core Technical Skills

DevOps & Cloud: AWS (ECS, EKS, Lambda, VPC, S3, SNS, SQS, IAM)

Infrastructure as Code: Terraform

CI/CD Tools: Jenkins (pipeline design and automation)

Programming/Scripting: Python, Bash

Security: Knowledge of cyber infrastructure and implementation of security guardrails

AI Tools: Experience with GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, and Agentic AI frameworks preferred

AI-Driven Experience

Exposure to AI agents for:

o Source code repository intelligence

o Code review automation

o Tracking internal environment metrics and adoption trends

Hands-on experience leveraging Copilot and Amazon Q for developer productivity and workflow automation.

Understanding of agentic AI principles and their integration within DevOps environments.
