Position Summary

Promotive is hiring an experienced Bilingual Automotive / Heavy Duty Service Advisor (English/Spanish) for a high-volume, fleet-focused repair facility in Lincoln, RI. This is an outstanding opportunity for a Service Advisor who understands both automotive and diesel service, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and can confidently communicate with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess automotive and diesel service needs in both English and Spanish.
• Create accurate repair estimates and repair orders using shop management software.
• Source automotive and diesel parts efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Communicate repair recommendations, timelines, and service updates clearly with customers.
• Coordinate with technicians and foremen to ensure smooth workflow and timely vehicle delivery.
• Manage multiple repair orders in a high-volume environment servicing 100-150 vehicles per week.
• Maintain accurate documentation and customer records throughout the repair process.
• Build long-term customer relationships through honesty, transparency, and exceptional service.
• Support fleet customers by ensuring efficient turnaround and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of automotive and diesel repair processes.
• Experience sourcing parts and preparing accurate repair estimates.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment.
• Strong customer service, organization, sales, and multitasking skills.
• Honest, dependable, and team-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
• Valid driver's license required.

Compensation & Benefits
