We're a busy, full-service, family-friendly shop in Grawn, MI, known for quality, integrity, and taking care of our technicians. We're looking for skilled A or B-Level Technicians who can handle everything from basic maintenance to complex diagnostics. Position Levels & Pay
A-Level Technician
- Experience: 10 years
- Hourly Pay: $38.50 to $56.80
- Annual Range: $85,000 – $120,000
- Specialties: Heavy diagnostics, advanced repairs
- Expectations: Start-to-finish jobs, top-level tech skills, estimating
B-Level Technician
- Experience: 3 years
- Annual Range: $40,000 – $65,000
- Tasks: Brakes, suspension, timing kits, general maintenance, basic diagnostics
- Expectations: Must be versatile, work on a variety of vehicles, complete jobs independently
What You'll Be Doing
- Perform a wide range of repairs on domestic and import vehicles
- Handle diagnostics, repairs, and full job completion
- Write accurate estimates and service notes
- Maintain clean and organized work environment
- Use shop software for inspections and estimates
- Work as part of a professional, efficient team
Requirements
- 3 years (B-Level) or 10 years (A-Level) experience
- Proven track record of quality work
- Ability to work on a wide range of vehicles
- Clean & valid Driver's License
- Must pass a drug screen
- Computer, reading, and writing skills
- ASE certifications preferred (but not required)
- Professionalism and organization a must
