Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 7:00 AM-6:00 PM

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor in East Hampton, NY who knows how to take care of customers, keep the shop moving, and turn a complicated repair into a conversation customers can actually understand. You'll earn a $1,350 weekly base plus performance bonuses with $120K annual earning potential—and do it on a 4-day workweek.

The vehicle mix isn't boring either: European, exotic, classic, rare, high-end, and motorsports vehicles. If you'd rather talk Porsche than paperwork all day, you've found the right posting.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the service and repair process from drop-off through delivery.
• Present repair recommendations and support sales and gross profit goals.
• Explain vehicle needs, repairs, and service updates clearly—without sounding like an owner's manual.
• Coordinate with technicians to keep vehicles and repair orders moving efficiently.
• Use Tekmetric and Digital Vehicle Inspections to manage workflow and communicate findings.
• Deliver attentive, high-level customer service with strong follow-through.

Qualifications

• Automotive Service Advisor experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with high-end clientele.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work Tuesday-Friday, 7:00 AM-6:00 PM.

Paid Commuter Train & Shuttle Transportation – East Hampton, NY

The shop covers commuter train transportation for Service Advisors traveling to East Hampton, helping reduce a typical 1.5-hour drive to approximately 20–30 minutes.

• Morning Commute: Train departs Hampton Bays at 6:10 AM and arrives in East Hampton at 6:40 AM.

• Shuttle Service: Transportation is provided from the East Hampton train station to the shop.

• Evening Commute: Return train departs East Hampton at 5:15 PM and arrives in Hampton Bays around 5:50 PM.

• Transportation Costs: Train fares are covered by the shop, making the commute easier and more affordable.
