Your role goes far beyond answering phones and selling repairs. You'll take ownership of the entire client experience, from scheduling appointments through vehicle delivery and follow up. Your ability to listen, communicate, multitask, and prioritize will help keep clients informed, your team on track, and work flowing smoothly. Most importantly, you'll be a trusted advocate, helping clients make educated, confident decisions about their vehicles.
