What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Automotive Technician position at Allen Automotive?
We are looking for an EXPERIENCED technician with their Michigan State Motor Vehicle Mechanic Certification that wants to work with others that are at the same professional level as themselves and that can provide high quality repairs on vehicles. We are a team that works together to serve our customers and fix cars right the first time. We do things a little differently at our shop and want someone who is open to learning processes that have proven to create an environment that is free from chaos and drama. We are in three locations, Cadillac area, locally owned business!
We know what it’s like to feel unappreciated as a great technician. We know how it feels to not have your voice heard and to work with broken or no shop tools. We strive to always show appreciation and be the place EVERYONE wants to work at.
We are constantly rated one of the best shops in the area. We currently see 200 cars per month and need help keeping up with the demand. Pay will vary based on ability and experience but our A level technician usually starts at $60k per year. Quick and efficient technicians can increase to $85k through incentives.
