Job Description:
The Health IT Division Chief will develop and oversee the operational and technical aspects of the Health IT division. The division is being created among other things to house the Health IT program being phased out from the existing client.
You'd have an opportunity to:

- Obtain funding commitments and contracts.
- Manage projects to fulfill the requirements of contract agreements.
- Provide progress reports to funding agencies.
- Manage project development and operations, including new tool features, maintenance, migration, and technical planning.
- Explore, with Prometheus (Primary), new products, services, and technology competencies.
- Explore, with Prometheus (Primary), additional funding contracts, service agreements, and strategic opportunities.
- Manage technical direction and future program evolution.
- Manage operational matters like staffing, planning, and delivery.
- Oversee the Health IT budget allocated to the division and is responsible for the operational use of those funds within the framework defined.

Education:
- Master's in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Required.)
Experience:
- 15 years in managing technical testing infrastructure (Required.)
- Demonstrated proficiency in systems architecture (Required.)
- Demonstrated proficiency in management of similar size team (Required.)
Travel:
- May need to travel to conferences to present work.
