Patient Acquisition Specialist – Patient Scheduling Office (PSO)
The Patient Acquisition Specialist is a high-impact, sales-driven role within our Patient Scheduling Office (PSO), responsible for converting inbound inquiries into booked appointments. This is not a traditional scheduling role—this is a closing role.
You’ll guide prospective patients through their decision-making process, build trust, overcome objections, and confidently secure appointments. If you’re energized by performance goals, motivated by results, and comfortable asking for the sale, this role offers significant earning potential—top performers can exceed $100,000 annually.
We’re looking for someone who can balance empathy with influence, delivering an exceptional patient experience while driving strong booking outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Handle high-volume inbound calls and web inquiries with a focus on converting leads into scheduled appointments
- Lead conversations using structured call flows while adapting naturally to patient needs
- Clearly communicate value and create urgency to encourage booking
- Confidently overcome objections related to cost, timing, or hesitation
- Ask for the appointment and close every viable opportunity
- Deliver a five-star patient experience while maintaining a results-driven approach
- Accurately document interactions and maintain patient records in scheduling systems
What We’re Looking For
- 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, scheduling, or administrative roles (healthcare preferred)
- Proven ability to close and ask for commitment on every call
- Strong objection-handling skills—you know how to turn “no” into “yes”
- Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance metrics
- Clear, confident, and persuasive communication style
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Call center or phone-based sales experience strongly preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time, in-person role
- Schedule options: Monday–Friday or Sunday–Thursday
- Possible rotating Sundays
- Hours may range from 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM EST
