SHOP ASSISTANT & CLIENT EXPERIENCE

We are a boutique "floral & event rental studio

specializing in weddings and luxury events across the

Florida Gulf Coast. Our pace is fast, our standards are

high, and our work is deeply personal. We're looking for

a motivated, hardworking person who takes pride in

her work, loves staying busy, and thrives in a creative,

client-focused environment.

• Answering phones and responding to inquiries
• Assisting with wedding & event prep work
• Helping with floral arrangements and design tasks
• Maintaining a spotless organized shop floor
• Restocking, cleaning, and upkeep between clients
• Supporting the team with event rental loading, staging, prep cleaning
• Keeping the workspace beautiful and display ready
  
  

When clients are not serviced, there are always things to be done - flowers to condition, surfaces to wipe down, prep work to complete and more. We expect initiative, pride in your surroundings and "what can I do next?" attitude. If you love staying productive and leaving the space better than you found it, you'll ft right in.

Professional, great communicator, self motivated, reliable, detail oriented, organized hard worker. Comfortable answering phones and handling client-facing interactions.

Prior experience in floral, events or retail is a plus but not required.
