Serpa Packaging Solutions is looking for a Senior Accountant to join our growing and highly collaborative finance team. This role reports to the Controller and plays a key part in month-end close, financial reporting, and partnering with leadership across the business.

🔎 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Own month-end close activities including journal entries and reconciliations
• Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly financial reporting
• Partner with leadership, Project Managers, and Sales on project accounting and percentage of completion
• Support audits, compliance, and intercompany transactions
• Serve as a liaison for AR/AP shared services and ERP-related financial questions
• Identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and help streamline close and reporting processes
• Learn and leverage reporting tools such as Tableau and Spotlight
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of accounting or financial reporting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently
• Team-focused with strong communication skills
