Parkview Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Obstetrics team at our Regional Medical Center. As an OB RN, you’ll provide high-quality, patient-centered care to women and families throughout their hospital experience while working alongside a collaborative team of physicians, providers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Core Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to obstetric patients in accordance with physician orders, hospital policies, and professional nursing standards
- Perform patient assessments and recognize and communicate changes in condition
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing plans of care
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and other treatments as ordered
- Monitor maternal and fetal status as appropriate to the patient’s stage of care
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team
- Provide education, guidance, and emotional support to patients and families
- Promote a safe, supportive, and family-centered care environment
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold regulatory and professional nursing standards
Required Qualifications
- Nursing Diploma, ASN, or BSN
- Valid Indiana RN license or eligibility for Indiana licensure
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Must have previous OB/critical care experience
- Additional certifications may be required based on the position
Work Schedule
- Full-time: 36 hours per week
- Part-time: 24 hours per week
- Night shift/12-hour shifts
- Weekend and holiday rotation may be required
- Additional scheduling details vary by position
