Job Overview
The selected candidates will work as part of a shipping team responsible for packaging, processing, and shipping production and repair parts to domestic, international, commercial, and government customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, packaging, material handling, manufacturing, or aerospace/defense environments.
Shift Schedule
1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:30 AM
1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Key Responsibilities
Package parts according to established packaging instructions and military/commercial packaging guidelines.
Process deliveries and maintain records using systems such as SAP, GOLD, and SharePoint.
Set up shipments using Transportation Management Systems including Ryder TMS, Exostar TMS, DCMA eTools, and EEMS.
Create custom packaging using hand tools and power tools.
Apply markings and labels according to MIL-STD-2073, MIL-STD-129, and DOT/IATA specifications.
Measure, cut, and assemble packaging materials to precise specifications.
Work with multiple programs and functional teams to meet shipping requirements.
Collaborate with the Troy Hill Shipping Team and other supporting departments.
Follow written and verbal instructions and maintain a safe, organized work environment.

Ability to understand and follow complex written and verbal instructions.
Ability to lift 30 lbs. independently and team lift up to 150 lbs.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work within a manufacturing/shipping environment.
Experience using hand-held tools such as:
Drills
Wrenches
Box cutters
Hammers
Other hand and power tools
Experience measuring, cutting, and assembling materials to precise specifications.
Ability to obtain and maintain required forklift, crane, power tool, DOT/IATA HAZMAT, and safety certifications.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
U.S. Citizenship required.
