- Develop creative and strategic content ideas tailored for TikTok and Meta (Facebook Instagram) audiences.
- Manage multiple client accounts, maintaining a consistent and engaging presence across platforms.
- Execute campaigns from start to finish, including planning, posting, and performance tracking.
- Grow and nurture engaged audiences with a focus on brand voice and authenticity.
- Stay ahead of trends and algorithm updates to maximize content reach and effectiveness.
- Analyze performance data and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams and clients to ensure campaigns align with brand goals.
Who We Are Looking For
- 2 years of hands-on experience managing TikTok and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) accounts
- A proven track record of growing audiences and driving engagement
- Creative content creation skills — you know what grabs attention
- Strong understanding of trends, platform algorithms, and best practices
- Ability to develop strategic campaign ideas and execute them
- Great communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience working with e-commerce brands is a big plus
