- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other digital channels.
- Optimize lead generation efforts through targeted content, automation, and conversion rate improvements.
- Create compelling content and manage social media accounts to boost engagement and brand awareness.
- Analyze campaign performance and use insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and leadership teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment on company goals.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and email marketing.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.).
- Proven ability to drive lead generation and increase brand engagement.
- Excellent writing and content creation skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
- Experience in e-commerce or Amazon advertising is a big plus!
