Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager focuses on content creation, social media engagement, and event coverage to enhance the member experience. This role plays a key part in capturing the campus atmosphere and bringing it to life through digital channels and storytelling.
Day-to-Day
- Capture event photography and curate visual content that showcases campus experiences (tenant events, social events, corporate events)
- Manage and contribute to social media channels for our partners, ensuring consistent and engaging content
- Create and design marketing materials, including graphics for social posts, web, emails, and promotions
- Develop engaging content that highlights events, programs, and member experiences
- Support marketing campaigns through content creation and execution
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely coverage of events and initiatives
- Assist in maintaining brand voice and visual consistency across all platforms
- Support member engagement efforts through dynamic and creative storytelling
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation
- Experience with event photography and visual content creation
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategy
- Basic to intermediate graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools preferred
- This role reports directly to the Marketing Director
