Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Jupiter, FL. As a BCBA at Project Hope Autism Services, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans using ABA principles. You will conduct assessments, provide behavior management strategies, and offer parent education to support the overall progress of individuals with autism. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
- Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
- Experience in Behavior Management and Psychology
- Strong skills in Parent Education and support
- Board certification in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field is preferred
- Experience working with individuals with autism is a plus
