What You'll Do
- Conduct assessments and develop thoughtful, individualized treatment plans
- Provide high-quality supervision and mentorship to RBTs
- Collaborate closely with families and caregivers
- Use data to guide ethical, meaningful clinical decisions
- Maintain clear, timely documentation
- Communicate openly with leadership in a collaborative, supportive way

Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Home-based or community-based experience preferred
- Comfortable working within St. Lucie and Martin County communities
