Must Have

·                  8 years in Frontend Development, 5 years in React, and technical leadership experience.

• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Next.js, Playwright/Cypress, CI/CD, and Azure.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (GitHub Copilot/ Cursor/ Claude), enterprise-scale application development,  AI-powered development experience.

Good to Have

·                  Experience with micro-frontends, design systems, GraphQL, cloud-native architecture.

• Strong mentoring, stakeholder management, Agile delivery experience.
• Building RAG-based solutions, LLM integration

Nice to Have

·                  React Native, Node.js/NestJS, WebSockets/WebRTC.

• Insurance domain experience.
