10 years in Frontend Development, 5 years in React, and technical leadership experience.
Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Next.js, Playwright/Cypress, CI/CD, and Azure.
Hands-on experience with AI tools (GitHub Copilot/ Cursor/ Claude), enterprise-scale application development, AI-powered development experience.
Good to Have:
Experience with micro-frontends, design systems, GraphQL, cloud-native architecture.
Strong mentoring, stakeholder management, Agile delivery experience.
Building RAG-based solutions, LLM integration
Nice to Have:
React Native, Node.js/NestJS, WebSocket's/WebRTC.
Insurance domain experience.
