Job Title : IT Program Manager III
Job Location: Charlotte NC (Fully Onsite)
Job Type: 10 Months contract
Must-Have Skills / Key Requirements
- Strong Technical Project Management experience.
- Former Software Developer or strong technical background (preferably Security).
- Experience working with Security teams to troubleshoot issues and drive solutions.
- Vendor Management experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to present project updates clearly to project leadership and executives.
- Experience coordinating with multiple Project Managers (PMs), Technical Project Managers (TPMs), and Scrum Masters (SMs).
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Background in Waterfall or Hybrid Project Management.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Highly proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented.
- Strong issue/risk management skills with the ability to investigate and resolve problems.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Understands banking governance and can follow ECM (Enterprise Change Management) processes.
- Hands-on experience with Jira (strongly preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project (MS Project).
- PMP, CSM, PSM, or SAFe certification preferred.
- Professional, confident, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced banking environment.
