Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst/ Project Manager with extensive experience in Front Office banking applications, particularly within Equities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing stakeholder engagement, providing real-time project updates, and ensuring the on-time delivery of key milestones to support Front Office operations.
Job Description:
- Oversee and manage JIRA dashboards to monitor project progress, address issues, and track upcoming milestones related to Front Office support activities in Equities.
- Conduct daily interactions with stakeholders, including senior executives, to facilitate transparent communication and alignment on project goals.
- Create and deliver impactful presentations to communicate project status, highlight risks, and showcase key achievements.
- Collaborate efficiently with shared services teams to ensure smooth execution of project tasks and deliverables.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines.
- Regularly communicate project updates, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Support tracking and reporting of milestones to maintain adherence to project schedules and target outcomes.
- Promote a collaborative and proactive team environment focused on enhancing Front Office Equities operations.
Required Skills:
- Strong stakeholder management abilities, with an emphasis on Front Office and banking operations in Equities.
- Strong Business Analyst (BA) & Project Management (PM) experience within Capital Markets.
- Domain knowledge of Equities, Derivatives, including trading strategies, product structures, and market practices.
- In-depth understanding of front-office workflows, trading processes, and associated systems.
- Proven experience in managing JIRA boards and working with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Experience supporting Front Office banking, Equities, or related financial services projects is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Salary : $75 - $85
