Location: Sacramento, CA - Hybrid - (2 days onsite/ 3 days remote)
Job Title : Assistant Project Director
Job Description
The Assistant Project Director will support enterprise modernization initiatives by coordinating multi-contractor implementations, managing schedules and program dependencies, and assisting with governance and delivery activities across large-scale IT technology programs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Google Cloud Platform , ServiceNow, cloud implementations, Agile delivery frameworks, and enterprise program coordination.
Minimum Qualifications (MQ)
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale modernization programs with budgets exceeding $25 million.
- Experience managing or coordinating multi-contractor environments with multiple concurrent implementations.
- Must have experience with Google Cloud Platform and ServiceNow
- Experience with cloud-based system implementations and modern technology platforms.
- Knowledge of program management methodologies and frameworks (PMI, SAFe, or equivalent).
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience with program management tools and platforms (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
Salary : $70 - $90
