Full-Time | On-Site | Base Salary ~$60K–$70K (DOE)
We are actively hiring for an Inside Sales Representative to support a growing commercial sales team in a B2B technical services environment.
This role focuses on managing inbound sales opportunities, preparing quotes and proposals, maintaining CRM data, and supporting the sales process from initial inquiry through order execution.
Sales & Opportunity Management
- Prepare quotations and proposals for customer inquiries
- Follow up on open quotes and opportunities
- Convert qualified opportunities into confirmed orders
- Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the sales process
- Track activity and opportunity progress within the CRM system
Customer Relationship Support
- Serve as a commercial contact for assigned accounts
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers regarding quotes, orders, and project status
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and additional services
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle
CRM & Sales Process Management
- Maintain accurate records for all opportunities, quotes, and customer communications
- Ensure sales activities are documented properly within the CRM system
- Assist with pipeline visibility and activity tracking
- Support internal reporting and forecasting processes
Sales Team & Proposal Support
- Assist senior sales team members with proposal preparation and documentation
- Coordinate internally with operations, engineering, and finance as needed
- Ensure required documentation is organized and complete for sales opportunities
Administrative & Process Support
- Maintain organized sales documentation and records
- Assist with internal communication regarding order execution
- Support occasional customer service and sales coordination activities
- 2 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or B2B customer-facing sales support
- Experience working with a CRM system (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented sales environment
Preferred (not required):
- Experience in technical, industrial, manufacturing, or service-based industries
- Experience preparing quotes, proposals, or RFQs
- Familiarity with sales pipeline management
