As a creative print and bindery specialist, you'll be responsible for finishing printed products by operating and maintaining various types of finishing equipment. In this role, you may assist press operators with color and black/white cut-sheet creative print and execute projects used for marketing and internal communications and mailings. In addition, you'll assist in the set-up of jobs on the equipment (e.g., inserters, finishing) by preparing, transporting and verifying the required materials used in the processing of work assignments. Furthermore, you'll ensure quality and accuracy of all materials.

Must-have qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and minimum of two years experience in a production or print/mail environment.
Preferred skills
- Print/Bindery experience
- Technical training, education, or operator experience focused in bindery equipment or digital printers
- Experience in a technical or mechanical field, or relevant operational support in manufacturing operations or print production.
Physical requirements/working conditions
- Must be able to move and/or lift 22 lb. mail trays at any given time, 60 lbs. at other times and move up to 1,200 pounds using a pallet jack.
- Requires long periods of standing (e.g., mailroom)
- May require prolonged repetitive use of the upper extremities
- Exposure to chemicals, equipment, noise and other work conditions typically found in a commercial facility is possible
- Required to frequently walk, sit, bend and kneel
- Required to use hands and fingers to operate objects, tools or controls and reach with hands and arms
- Required to climb, balance, stoop, crouch and crawl
- Vision abilities include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus
- Involves operating heavy machinery and equipment
Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM EST
- Holidays and occasional overtime may be required.
Compensation
- $ $20.00/hour depending on position and experience
- Shift differential is available for this position
- Gainshare bonus up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
