As a senior-level administrative assistant in our Corporate Financial Reporting group, you'll be the primary contact for the financial reporting leaders and support teams. In this high, visibility, high-responsibility role, you'll handle a wide range of administrative tasks, including calendar management, meeting arrangements, travel bookings, expense reporting, and maintaining documentation. In this role, you'll prioritize preparing presentation materials and onboarding new team members. You'll also coordinate in-office events and special projects, ensuring smooth operations and fostering a culture of inclusivity and engagement. Additionally, you'll contribute to cross-functional teams focused on enhancing organizational connectedness.
This position requires you to report to our office located at 300 N. Commons Blvd., Mayfield Village, OH
Must-have qualifications
- High School diploma/ GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of five years administrative work experience, which should include experience overseeing the work of others.
Preferred skills
- Strong technical proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint), financial management tools (Coupa and SAP Concur), Service Request Portal, and Eptura (formerly known as iOffice).
- Certification as a Notary Public or the ability to obtain certification.
- Administrative experience in a large corporate environment, demonstrating strong multitasking skills, the ability to be proactive, and self-direction.
- Ability to facilitate the use of technology for conference calls and meetings via Microsoft Teams.
- A passion for serving others and contributing to the success of the team, outstanding communication, time management, relationship-building skills, and experience in event management and coordination.
Compensation
- $43,400-$54,300/year
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
