Experienced troubleshooter in electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, engines, and drivetrain systems. Can solve problems quickly and fix issues in a timely manner.
Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment
- Document repair notes referencing customer, equipment, serial number, and hours
- Instruct customers on operation and maintenance of equipment
- Navigate and search dealer portal for information
- Make sure correct parts get ordered to complete job
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Automotive/Diesel Certifications a plus
- Computer Skills
