Position Summary
The Administrator is responsible for supporting daily operations by reviewing customer orders,
coordinating repair workflows, and providing administrative and customer service support. This
role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple
tasks efficiently. In this role, collaboration with other Administrator(s) is essential to maintain
high standards of service and organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Order Review & Tracking
Input into the Company’s customer management system and review all customer orders
to ensure accuracy and completeness. Monitor order status and ensure all scheduled pick-
up dates are met in a timely manner.
Repair Coordination
Track and process all repairs, ensuring each item is properly packaged and organized
within the system for timely pickup.
Customer Service (Phone Support)
Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide clear and professional
communication to customers.
Walk-In Customer Support
Assist walk-in customers with orders, questions, and general service needs, ensuring a
positive customer experience.
Administrative Support
Perform a variety of administrative duties as needed, including data entry, recordkeeping,
internal coordination, and other operational support tasks.
