We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Shoe, Handbag & Leather Repair Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for performing high-quality repairs and restorations on footwear, handbags, and other leather goods. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience, takes pride in craftsmanship, and is committed to delivering exceptional results for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs on shoes, handbags, and leather goods, including stitching, sole replacement, hardware repair, cleaning, dyeing and restoration
- Assess items and recommend appropriate repair solutions
- Assist with customer service
- Coordinate repair schedules
- Maintain quality standards and ensure all work meets company expectations
- Communicate clearly with team members regarding repair status and timelines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Handle materials and equipment with care and efficiency
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in shoe, handbag, or leather repair is required
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
