Education: Must have high school diploma. Must maintain CPI and CPR certifications.
Work experience: Must have basic receptionist and clerical experience (i.e., answering phones, filing, etc.)

Perform receptionist/clerical duties:
· Phones: Answers incoming phone calls and directs the calls to appropriate parties. Responsible to answer general information questions and to obtain complete information for messages received.
· Typing: Completes general typing assignments.
· Admit Files: Compiles business office/financial billing files/forms/ folders on new admissions as needed.
· Administrative Files: Files administrative/business correspondence.
· Mail: Sorts and routes incoming/outgoing mail as needed.
· Assists with general clerical duties.
