Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager with a strong sales mindset to own and grow client relationships. This role focuses on analyzing marketing performance, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving long-term client retention, and converting inbound opportunities into new clients.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Build strong, long-term client relationships focused on retention and growth
- Lead regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategy calls
Marketing Analysis & Strategy
- Analyze campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI
- Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations aligned with client goals
- Partner with internal marketing teams to optimize execution
Upselling & Revenue Growth
- Identify and present upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Recommend expanded marketing initiatives based on performance data
- Own revenue growth targets within assigned accounts
Sales & Inbound Conversion
- Work inbound sales opportunities and marketing-qualified leads
- Conduct discovery calls and present tailored solutions
- Convert inbound opportunities into new clients through consultative selling
Client Retention & Expansion
- Proactively identify risks and address concerns
- Develop strategies to increase client lifetime value
- Ensure clients clearly understand marketing performance and ROI
Qualifications & Preferred Background
- 2–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or marketing
- Preferred: healthcare, dental, or marketing sales background
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proven ability to upsell, retain, and grow accounts
- Comfortable discussing budgets and business outcomes
Compensation & Incentives
- Commission performance-based bonuses
- OTE: $90,000–$120,000 , based on performance
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
