This is a full-time, in house role in Clearwater, FL
Job Description:
Progressive Dental Marketing is looking for a mid-level Web Designer with strong WordPress experience to support our growing marketing and paid media efforts. This role plays a critical part in building, optimizing, and evolving high-converting landing pages for dental practices across the country.
This is not a “brochure site” role. You will work closely with our Paid Media, Account Management, and Creative teams to design landing pages that drive leads, improve conversion rates, and support full-funnel marketing campaigns. In addition to executing within existing frameworks, you’ll help ideate and design new landing page concepts that elevate performance and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain conversion-focused landing pages in WordPress to support paid media and marketing campaigns
- Use Elementor (or similar page builders) to efficiently execute designs while maintaining brand consistency and performance standards
- Collaborate with Paid Media and Account Management teams to align landing page structure, messaging, and UX with campaign goals
- Create and iterate on new landing page concepts, layouts, and user flows to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Optimize pages for speed, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility
- Implement basic on-page tracking elements (forms, thank-you pages, CTA placement) in coordination with marketing teams
- Update and refine existing landing pages based on performance data, A/B test results, and campaign learnings
- Maintain organized workflows and documentation for page builds, revisions, and approvals
- Stay current on web design trends, UX best practices, and WordPress/Elementor updates
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of professional web design experience
- Strong hands-on experience with WordPress (custom themes or page-builder environments)
- Elementor experience strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of landing page UX, CRO principles, and mobile-first design
- Ability to design both within established brand systems and from a blank canvas when concepting new pages
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS (not required to be a developer, but must understand structure and limitations)
- Experience designing pages specifically for marketing, lead generation, or paid media campaigns
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management in a fast-paced environment
What Success Looks Like in This Role:
- Landing pages launch on time and align tightly with paid media strategy
- Conversion rates improve through thoughtful layout, messaging hierarchy, and CTA placement
- New landing page concepts are introduced, tested, and refined regularly
- Collaboration between design, marketing, and account teams is smooth and efficient
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
