Progressive Life Sales & Service Specialist
As a sales and service specialist with Progressive Life, you'll wear many hats, gaining valuable experiences and insights that will contribute to your professional growth. You will support customers through various communication channels, providing exceptional customer service as they complete applications and request help servicing their policies. Additionally, you will gain hands-on experience in project management and contribute to key business initiatives. This is a hybrid position working at our Downtown Cleveland office: Mandatory in office days are Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, with option to work from home on Monday & Friday.
Must-have qualifications
High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum 2-year sales experience
This position requires online pre-employment testing for external candidates.

Self-motivated with the ability to quickly adapt to change in a fast-paced environment; Proven ability to work independently
Ability to obtain license within 3 weeks of start date if hired
Compensation
$40,600-$50,800/year
Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
