We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing exceptional customer service
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and maintaining phone etiquette
- Schedule appointments and manage calendar appointments using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks or other office management software
- Handle correspondence via email and phone, ensuring clear communication and professionalism
- Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, organizing files, and supporting office operations
- Support bookkeeping activities including basic invoicing and record keeping
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a professional environment
- Provide support as a personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or reception roles, preferably in medical or dental settings
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and bookkeeping practices is desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail for proofreading and data accuracy
- Prior experience with office equipment such as multi-line phone systems and office management software is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or personal assistant experience is advantageous
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
