Job Overview
IPerez Accounting Services is looking for a friendly, organized, Front Desk Receptionist to support our accounting office during tax season. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and is essential to creating a professional and welcoming experience.
Part-time or full-time available (January–April).
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and assist with check-in and questions
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Collect, scan, and organize client documents
- Follow up with clients on missing information
- Maintain a clean and professional front desk
- Provide general administrative support
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish (required)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Professional, friendly, and organized
- Customer service or office experience preferred
- Accounting or tax experience a plus (not required)
