Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Experience in office or clerical settings, along with excellent communication abilities, is essential to ensure smooth daily operations and positive interactions with clients and staff.
Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a welcoming environment
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally
- Schedule appointments and manage calendar for staff or medical practitioners
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading with accuracy
- Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software for administrative tasks
- Maintain organized records of client information, appointments, and correspondence
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Support office management activities including supply inventory and general maintenance
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person to address inquiries promptly
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, photocopying, and preparing reports as needed
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong computer literacy and data entry skills with high accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Previous office management or administrative experience preferred
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is advantageous

Pay: $21.29 - $25.64 per hour
