3:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Monday–Friday)

In Home Location: Bartlett, IL
We are currently seeking ambitious, passionate, caring, and experienced professionals to provide in-home services. Part-time opportunities are available during daytime, afternoon, evening hours, and weekends.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to clients in one-on-one or group ABA therapy settings under the supervision of a BCBA
- Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Collect and document session notes and client data
- Collaborate and communicate with staff, supervisors, and parents
- Participate in daily communication with BCBAs regarding client progress
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients and families
- Flexible to work in-home settings
Qualified Candidates Must:
- Have strong organizational and time management skills
- Hold an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, child development, or a related field
- Be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or experienced Behavior Technician (e.g., paraprofessional, crisis management experience; direct ABA experience strongly preferred)
- Pass a background check
- Be available 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM Monday–Friday (weekends as needed)
- Have reliable transportation
- Be able to lift at least 30 lbs and move between sitting, standing, crouching, kneeling, running, and crawling with a client
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 20–25 per week
