Job Title: Senior Certinia Functional Consultant

Duration of Contract: Long Term
Key Responsibilities
Functional Leadership & Delivery
- Lead functional design, configuration, and implementation of Certinia PSA (Professional Services Automation) modules.
- Drive end-to-end solutioning across:
- Resource Management & Staffing
- Project Billing & Invoicing
- Time & Expense Management
- Revenue Recognition
- Project Accounting
- Translate business requirements into scalable Certinia solutions aligned with best practices.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner directly with business stakeholders, including Finance, Operations, and Delivery teams.
- Act as the primary functional point of contact for on-site client engagement.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution walkthroughs.
Adoption & Change Management
- Drive user adoption strategies post-implementation.
- Support change management initiatives including:
- Process redesign
- User training
- Documentation and playbooks
- Ensure smooth transition from legacy systems to Certinia.
Operational Alignment
- Align Certinia configurations with professional services business processes such as:
- Resource allocation and capacity planning
- Margin and profitability tracking
- Billing and invoicing workflows
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
Program Execution
- Support multi-business unit (multi-BU) rollouts and phased implementations.
- Collaborate with technical teams, Salesforce developers, and integration teams.
- Ensure timely delivery with high quality and minimal business disruption.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
- 3 years of hands-on Certinia (FinancialForce) functional experience
- Strong expertise in Certinia PSA modules, including:
- Resource Management
- Project Billing
- Time & Expense
- Revenue Recognition
- Project Accounting
- Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders
- Experience embedding within client teams and driving adoption from within
- Strong understanding of professional services operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Certinia (FinancialForce) and/or Salesforce certifications
- Experience with multi-BU or global rollouts
- Prior consulting experience in enterprise environments
- Familiarity with integrations and data migration within Salesforce ecosystem
